This program a series of weekly mentorship sessions designed to sharpen your teaching skills, help you find your authentic voice as a teacher, and walks you through WHY's teaching methodology. You will follow a custom curriculum based on the cohort’s needs, practice the art of dynamic sequencing and cuing, learn to curate class playlists, and become familiar with WHY's yoga lineage.

In addition to weekly group sessions, you will meet with your teacher weekly, either in person or via Zoom, for a 30-minute discussion session. These sessions will be structured to outline your goals and objectives, discuss your progress and go over weekly homework assignments. You will be required to practice two asana classes per week with your teacher. Toward the end of the program, you will have an opportunity to teach one full-length class. Your teacher will observe and provide feedback.

**One-to-one mentorship is also available. Additionally, for those students who want to focus solely on developing their Ashtanga teaching skillsets, please consider our 100-Hour Ashtanga Yoga Intensive launching in Summer 2027.
