Mysore Ashtanga yoga is a self-paced class style allowing students to receive individual instruction while learning the Ashtanga Yoga practice. All levels are welcome from new beginners to advanced practitioners looking to deepen their understanding of the practice. In the beginning, new students receive more attention.

New students are requested to commit to coming at least 3 times per week for effective learning, as some memorization is involved.

The Mysore method fosters a strong teacher-student relationship, enabling personalized guidance that allows the practice to become transformative. The focus is on individual instruction rather than group classes, allowing students to learn a personalized sequence at their own pace.

Arrival Times:
New Students: 6:00 & 6:30am
Established: 5:00, 5:30, 6:00 and 6:30am

Investment: Memberships, Class Packs & Drop-ins may be used.

Sunday Morning Run Club

Our Sunday Morning Run Club Collaboration with Run Through the Wall Coaching meets on the 3rd Sunday of the month at 8:00 AM, using 3 distance routes around adjacent neighborhoods between our studio and Palmer Park. Please check our Run Club page for more information and the QR code to sign up. You may arrive at 7:50am to drop your gear in our studio and use the restroom if needed. We will have Gatorade in the parking lot of Palmer Park, and post-run refreshments and fruit. We will start promptly at 8:00am and conclude no later than 10:00am.
