This special 90-minute May Rebalancing Sound Healing Journey with Guided Meditation offers a profoundly healing and rejuvenating experience, combining the power of sound frequencies and guided meditation to align the mind, body, and spirit.

Held during the rebalancing energy of May, this workshop offers a space for introspection, intention setting, and deep relaxation. Led by Candice Lamarand, this journey invites you to cultivate a state of inner calm, and connect more deeply with the present moment. JOIN US FOR A NEW SPRING TRAINING PROGRAM, SUPPORTED BY LULULEMON!

Beginning on April 14th, we will meet on Sunday mornings at our studio, at 8:00am for up to 45 mins run/walk conditioning, promptly followed by an 8:45am Yoga for runners/strong walkers class. This 8-week series serves as the perfect training schedule for our 4th Annual June 9th Palmer Park 8k/5K/1 Miler race (registration is separate).

Goal discussions and individual training plans will be made available for each series participants to ensure weekly progression and commitment remains strong throughout the entire program. Each week will offer fresh yoga flows, dynamic instruction, a targeted focus, inspiring themes and supportive guidance.
