Community is stronger than an individual. The Run Club helps build motivation, creates support networks, and provides a healthy social outlet for all runners.

Sumer 2025 Schedule

Stretch, breathe, and run with us!

Time: Our Sunday Morning Run Club Collab with Run Through the Wall Coaching meets on the 3rd Sunday of the month at 8:00 AM, using 5k, 6-mile and 10-mile routes around adjacent neighborhoods between our studio and Palmer Park. We will have Gatorade in the parking lot of Palmer Park, and post-run refreshments and fruit. We will conclude no later than 10am.

*PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL MEET JUNE 15th, July 20th, August 17th, and September 21st.

Location: Meet at Welcome Home Yoga & Wellness, 6375 W. Seven Mile Rd., Suite 103, Detroit, MI 48221 - out front (plenty of parking space on Stoepl, restrooms & gear drop available inside).

Guidelines: Arrive on time, stay engaged, be positive, identify your pace group upon arrival, run/walk with your group, and follow all park and traffic rules.

Distance/Pace Options

No matter where you are on your running journey, we have a group for you.

Long Run (10 mile): Meet us at 8:00am! For those conditioned for running and training for half or full marathons, looking to challenge their personal best or those who enjoy longer social workouts. This option is built around improving your personal pace, with interval training incorporated into a progressive workout schedule.

Shorter Run (6 mile): Meet us at 8:00am! This distance is perfect for those brand new to running or those looking for a shorter social workout. The program helps you prepare for a 10k race! Whether it's your first time conditioning for a new 10k race or you're working toward achieving a PR for your 50th 10k race, this distance will train you to cross the finish line safely.

Beginners (5k): Meet us at 8:00am! Take steps toward embracing a healthy lifestyle with this lower-intensity option that helps you safely incorporate walking into a regular fitness routine.
